Alana De La Garza has earned a reputation in television. De La Garza born 1976 to her Irish mother and an Irish mother and a Mexican father from Columbus Ohio. The next year was not long after when she relocated to Texas. She started a new career as a physical therapist. De La Garza didn't last very long in Texas then moved to Orlando Florida where she experienced many acting opportunities such as local independent films and global commercials. The small parts didn't stop her from discovering she was a fan of acting. After 2001, she relocated from the Midwest to New York where her first part was in All My Children's soap opera as Rosa Santos. Through the first half of the 2000s she was seen in tiny roles on JAG Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. Her debut major series was on The Mountain. She was Maria Serrano and De La Garza had the privilege to share the screen with some famous TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. She was A.D.A. on Law & Order in the year 2006. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared 85 times. The character later re-entered the short-lived sequel Law & Order: LA. De La Garza was nominated numerous times for her role in the show, including Best Supporting Actress in Television from the Imagen Foundation Awards. The National Hispanic Media Coalition awarded her with the Impact Award, which is given for outstanding performances in a drama television show. De La Garza was then selected as a regular actor in CSI Miami. She played Marisol Deko as well as the wife of David Caruso's character Horatio.
